Local Restaurants

Inverness is home to a variety of award winning restaurants many of whom use the freshest local produce. Contrast on Ness Walk is an extremely popular restaurant along with the Heathmount Restaurant located close to our B&B.

Overlooking the River Ness, The Mustard Seed offers a relaxed informal setting dinner, not too far away on Castle Street is No. 1. Other popular restaurants include Fairways, Dows Diner and Taboo Restaurant in the Corriegrath Hotel also found close to Furan Guesthouse.

Bars & Clubs

A night out in Inverness is always guaranteed to be a good night out. Johnny Foxes, down by the river is an Irish Pub providing live entertainment every night. Pivo on Academy Street and Osbournes in Queensgate are trendy bars offering a great atmosphere. Other pubs worth visiting are the Castle Tavern, Lauders and Chilli's. For live music Hootenannys is a must.

For those who fancy going on to a club, Inverness is not short of good clubs. Bakoo and G's are recommended.
